Housing

Supporting the State Government’s strategy to end homelessness by 2030.

The Imagined Futures Housing and Homelessness Working Group developed the South Metropolitan Regional Homelessness and Housing Plan in 2023, which guides a whole-of-community approach toward improving outcomes for people experiencing, or at-risk of experiencing homelessness in the south metropolitan region.

Imagined Futures’ facilitates greater unity and collaboration to better make use of local resources and foster an effective ecosystem for reducing homelessness in our area. The Housing and Homelessness Working Group is spearheading these issues and engaging with policy makers and key agencies. Prevention is our goal, with rapid and early responses to prevent future chronic homelessness.

We are currently supporting the delivery of several innovative place-based projects in our community. We encourage you to sign up to our mailing list for updates and news direct to your inbox.
